The beginning of a new decade is upon us. Markets will go up in the 2020s. They’ll go down too. While this appears obvious – it is important to remember that the 2020s will have twists & turns, successes & pitfalls - just like the years before them. However, the past is not always a prologue to the future. Technology and innovation exploded over the past few decades and the 2010s were no exception. Does this continue at the same pace? In our 2020 note (link below), we examine the 2010s as a decade of installation & concentration and explain why we see the 2020s as a decade of deployment & distribution. Of course our annual “what we got right/wrong” section returns, as well as our near term outlook.
